Sizing & Product Info
What size should I order?
Our sizing varies depending on the style you are interested in.
In order to find the correct size, you will need to measure yourself accurately with a tape measure—you can find our measurement guide here.
Each of our styles should have a size guide attached to it—you can find this near the size selector.
Once you have taken your measurements, you will be able to see which size would be best suited to you.
NOTE: Sizing varies between styles—even within the same brands. Please consult each size guide individually to ensure you find the best fit for you.

We have so many different styles and sizes in our scrubs, and we are confident that we will be able to help you find your perfect fit.
How do I know which pants will match with which top?
As a general rule, scrubs from the same brand, made from the same fabric should match.
To make this easier, we have recommended the best coordinating item under the product description of each of our scrubs. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to contact us on 1300 443 784, or use our live chat feature.
For patterned tops, any pants of a coordinating colour would be appropriate. If you wish to order a different coloured top to your pants, it simply comes down to whatever style you prefer.
Do you send samples?
Yes we do!
We are more than happy to send out samples if you are ordering for a group, practice or larger facility.

P.s. Please keep in mind that samples are subject to individual approval, and not all styles, colours and sizes may be available at the time of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping cost when you order online is set at a flat rate of $11.95.
If you require express shipping, extra charges will apply based on the weight of your parcel which is calculated at checkout.
How long will shipping take?
We use Australia Post Parcel Send for the majority of our orders which are shipped from our warehouse near Newcastle, NSW.
Standard Australia Post delivery times apply—and these are dependent on your location.
How long will it take you to process my order and send it out?
Items that are in stock will generally be shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
Items that are out of stock can either be substituted for another item or backordered. Backordered items can take approximately 1-4 weeks to arrive to our warehouse and be shipped out to you. Regular delivery times then apply.
Items requiring embroidery or alterations will take longer—usually between 7 and 14 days. Regular delivery times then apply.
Custom-made products will be shipped within 14 business days unless otherwise stated. Regular delivery times then apply.

Do you ship orders outside Australia?
We do ship orders internationally—shipping charges will vary depending on the destination.
We will email you with a quote for shipping before we process your order.
Embroidery & Bulk Orders
Do you do embroidery?
Yes we do!
We can embroider almost any clothing item you order.
If you only require writing, simply add this to your order, following the prompts on the product page—there will be space to enter the exact wording you require with your preferred font, colour and location.
We also have a number of logos that have already been set up for you to select from.

Can you set up my logo and add it to your website?
Yes we can!
New logos can be set up at a one-off fee of $45.
From there, it will be added as an option on our website for future orders, and you will only be charged for the cost of the embroidery.
If you would like to set up your logo, please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in JPG form, or follow the prompts on your preferred top.
How can I make a bulk order?
If you need to make a larger order and there isn't enough stock on our website, our experienced custom service team would be more than happy to assist you.

Is there a discount available for bulk orders?
In some cases, we can offer discounts for orders over 30 items—but this is completely dependent on the contents of the order.

What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?
If you have tracked your order with Australia Post and it seems to be significantly delayed, the fastest way to get information is to launch an enquiry with Australia Post.
You can do this by following the prompts on the tracking page.
If you are having trouble with this, you are more than welcome to contact us to help you follow it up, but please note that we will also have to wait for Australia Post's response before we can pass on any information.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
If Australia Post deems your parcel as 'lost', please contact us so we can follow this up with them.
If you added shipping insurance to your order, you will either be reimbursed or have your order replaced at no cost.
If not, we will assess the situation and make a decision on a case by case basis.
What if my items are faulty?
Please check your item thoroughly upon receiving it.
If there are any faults, the item can be returned to us to be assessed by our returns department.
If the item is found to be faulty, you will be supplied with a new or repaired item in accordance with your consumer rights.
If we are unable to exchange or repair your item, you will be issued a full refund on your item.
If the item is not found to be faulty, it will be subject to our normal return policy.
Can I return or exchange my items?
If you receive your order and would like to return it or exchange it for a different size or colour, we are happy to do this in most circumstances.

Please note that items that have been embroidered, custom-made, worn or washed CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
