How do I know what size to order?

Sizes will vary depending on the style you are interested in. Unisex sizing will differ from Men’s and Women’s sizing. Each style should have a size guide attached to it. The size guide requires you to measure yourself accurately with a tape measure. Once you have your measurements you can see what size your measurements would be best suited to. If you are a medium in one style you may not be a medium in a different style. Just use the size chart associated with that style. Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

If you receive your order and you would like to exchange for a different size or colour we are happy to do this in most circumstances. As long as your scrubs have not been embroidered and have only been worn to try on and have tags attached we are happy to exchange for a different size or colour. (Please see easy returns for a complete outline of our returns policy)

Just return the item/s with a note explaining what you would like to exchange them for and include a prepaid self -addressed post bag for your exchange to be sent back out to you. If you can call on 1300 443 784 or email us : admin@scrubs.com.au before you return your items so we can let you know if the product you require is in stock .

 

What fabric are your scrubs made from?

The majority of our scrubs are made from a polyester / cotton blend. This ensures the scrubs wear well, are easy to care for and the fabric is still breathable. Some styles have a small amount of spandex included in them to enhance comfort and ease of movement. Some of our stretch scrubs are a polyester/ rayon blend with a small amount of spandex. These fabrics are more resistant to crushing and fading and tend to have a softer texture.

 

How much will postage cost?

We have a flat rate of shipping of $9.95 with free shipping for orders over $150.00. If you require express shipping extra charges will apply.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary dependant on your location. We use Australia Post E- Parcel for the majority of our orders which are shipped from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW. Australia Post delivery times apply.

  • Items in stock will be generally shipped within 24-48 hours.
  • Items out of stock can either be substituted or backordered. Backordered items can take approximately 1-4 weeks to arrive into our store to be shipped out to you. Regular delivery times apply.
  • Items requiring embroidery will take longer and depends if logo is set-up. Items are usually shipped between 7-10 days. Regular delivery times then apply.
  • Custom made products will be shipped between 5-14 days unless otherwise notified . Regular delivery times then apply.

Do you ship orders outside Australia?

We do ship orders internationally and shipping charges will be vary depending on the destination. We will email you with a quote for shipping before we process your order.

 

How do I know what pants will match with what top?

If your require a set of scrubs if may be helpful to go to our page that lists scrub sets so you can choose an outfit from there. Otherwise there is a general rule that scrubs from the same supplier made from the same fabric should match and be able to be worn together. This is more important when you require a set where the top and pants are the same colour. On the majority of items we will recommend the best coordinating item in the product descriptions.

For patterned tops obviously any pants of a coordinating colour would be appropriate. If you wish to order a different colour top to your pants then it comes down to whatever style you prefer.

 

Do you do embroidery?

We can embroider almost any clothing item you order. If you require just writing it is simply a matter of adding this to your order as an additional item. There is space to enter the exact wording you require with your preferred font, colour and location. We have a number of logos that have already been set up for you to select from. If you have a new logo that requires set-up there is also the option to include this information. Please see our Embroidery page for more information.

 

What if I want to make a large order for my department, facility or a bulk order for a particular item?
