All our customisation options are also fully scalable for bulk or team orders!

For most customisable products - particularly hats and tops! - there should be an easy "Add Embroidery or Personalise" button above the "Add to Cart" button.

Yes we can!

New logos can be set up at a one-off fee of $45.

From there, it will be added as an option on our website for future orders, and you will only be charged for the cost of the embroidery.

If you would like to set up your logo, please email it to us at admin@scrubs.com.au in JPG form, or follow the prompts on your preferred top.

This will depend on two things:

1. What you would like to add to your item and

2. What the item is.

If you want to customise your scrubs with your name or a hospital or business logo, we always recommend embroidery as it will have greater longevity, and has a more classic, clean and professional look.

If you want to customise your scrub hat with your name, designation or a larger logo, screen printing tends to be the better choice, as it is far more flexible and comfortable on your head.

With that said, we do offer either option and are more than happy to work with your specific needs.

The cost of embroidery will vary, depending on the size and complexity—and our team is more than happy to provide you with an exact quote where needed.

Hospital or business logos are more complex, and require a one-time $45 setup fee to ensure they appear on your scrubs the same way as they do online. After the fee is received, we keep your logo on file and only charge for the cost of the embroidery—which is usually $10-$15 per item.

Simple writing doesn't require as much setup, and will vary in cost depending on the number of characters and lines used.

Screen printing text on scrub caps costs a flat rate of $5.00, however printing with white text incurs an additional $2.00 fee.

For other items or printing options, the cost of screen printing will vary depending on the size and complexity. You can get an exact quote from our team by contacting us directly.

Both embroidery and screen printing will delay your order being sent out.

At the moment, the typical wait time can be up to 14 business days—depending on the number of items ahead of your order in the line, and how many items you are having embroidered or printed.

If the wait time is ever longer than 14 business days, our team will contact you.

Yes you can!

When we set up a new logo, we email you an image of a sewout (a test run) for you to approve before we embroider your actual items.

For plain text, we don't normally do this—but we can, should you request it at checkout.

For embroidery, yes!

We can do embroidery on a number of items—all we ask is that they are clean when you bring them in.

For screen printing, this is possible on some clothing items, but usually isn't possible on hats as the fabric needs to be flat in order for us to print on it.

We typically aren't able to do same-day embroidery, as we almost always have a very long lineup of customers already waiting—so it wouldn't be very fair!

If you are able to pre-arrange this for a set date and time, we may be able to accomodate you—but this is subject to availability and individual approval from our team.

Yes we do!

If you need your pant leg hemmed or small amounts of tailoring done, we can accommodate this for you in store—however, this will be up to individual approval.

At this time, we cannot offer alterations online or over the phone.

At this time, we don't offer bespoke scrubs in standard colours, as our manufacturing team doesn't have the capacity.

Yes you can!

We offer embroidery, screen printing, and alterations on our scrubs.

If you're looking for customisation beyond embroidering your logo or name, we are more than happy to help you make your patterned scrub dreams a reality!

Here's what we can do:

✅ Turn your business logo or icon into a print on any coloured background.

✅ Turn your photos into a print on any coloured background—things like images of your pets or family members.

✅ Have your design printed on fabric.

✅ Manufacture your garments—depending on the quantity needed.

✅ Have your ready-made print turned into scrubs or scrub hats.

Here's what we currently don't have the capacity to do:

❌ Create a complete design from scratch—we need to have at least part of a digital design done to be able to turn it into a print. 

❌ Offer custom prints at the same price as our regular prints—please keep in mind that custom-made items are quite a bit more expensive to produce than our regular prints.

❌ Promise a delivery date or turnaround time—considerably more steps go into creating a completely custom-made item. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 2-3 months beforehand (especially for bulk orders).
