The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any order to scrubs.com.au indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by scrubs.com.au (Referred to from here on in as Hunter Scrubs owner of scrubs.com.au)

Hunter Scrubs reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

By ordering or registering on scrubs.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at admin[@]scrubs.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hunter Scrubs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Hunter Scrubs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

 

LIABILITY

Hunter Scrubs is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by Hunter Scrubs are estimates only. Hunter Scrubs will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information outlined in our shipping pages. 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods received and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be any fault.

 

WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS

All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of Hunter Scrubs. Where items can be repaired this will be attempted by an approved repairer. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. Hunter Scrubs cannot control the availability of parts or of replacement goods. We will do everything we can to ensure the issue of your faulty item is handled as efficiently and as quickly as possible and that you are kept informed throughout this process. In cases where you have returned the goods directly to the manufacturer, Hunter Scrubs cannot be held accountable for repair goods or communication from the manufacturer.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The shipping address for your order is that listed on your order confirmation email. If an incorrect address was entered please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made after the order has been processed. Hunter Scrubs takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer and is not liable for any associated loss.

 

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. For international orders there may be duties and taxes added to your package by the country to which your package is sent. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

 

RETURNS

Our terms for returns are 14 days of receipt for a full refund no questions asked. Buyer pays return postage. We are happy to exchange or refund your order provided the item is in the original condition with tags attached. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled in any way. Garments with embroidered, alterations or special ordered items cannot be refunded. Postage is not refundable. See Easy Returns for details on our process for returns.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Hunter Scrubs can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped Hunter Scrubs reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

 

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE

This site is owned and operated by Hunter Scrubs. Unless specified otherwise, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Hunter Scrubs. All software used on the site is the sole property of Hunter Scrubs or those supplying the software. 

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, posted, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to pre-authorisation checks to ensure sufficient funds are available and to confirm the validity of the payment method. The total amount of the order will be frozen on your account and this amount is taken when the order is despatched.

 

PROMOTION AND GIFTS CARDS

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

  • One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST or duties or similar services.
  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
  • For promotions requiring a minimum order size, charges for shipping and credits from gift certificates do not count towards the minimum order size requirement.
  • For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
  • If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.
  • If you return a gift that was purchased with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired Promotion to a replacement or future order.
  • Promotional items are available only while supplies last; Hunter Scrubs does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
  • Hunter Scrubs can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
  • Hunter Scrubs has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or incorrect entry and will not be accountable for the return of any item ordered incorrectly.
  • By claiming a promotional offer on your order, you agree that you have understood the terms and conditions of that promotion.
  • All promotional minimum spend amounts and discounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Hunter Scrubs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Hunter Scrubs (“Hunter Scrubs”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Hunter Scrubs’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Hunter Scrubs through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Hunter Scrubs. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to HnterScrubs or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Hunter Scrubs mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
