Shipping and Delivery

ITEMS IN STOCK

 We make every effort to ship orders within 24-48 hours.   The exception to this would be if items required embroidery, alteration or were custom made products.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK*

 Customers who order items that are out of stock will be contacted via email or phone. At this time you can either substitute for a similar item that is in stock or backorder the original item. Backorders generally take anywhere from 1-4 weeks   .

EMBROIDERED ITEMS

 If you request embroidery this can take 7-10 days to be completed before your order will be shipped. 

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

 Custom made items such as scrub tops can take up 7-10 business days before they are ready to be shipped.

 

The majority of our packages are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel. This is Australia Post’s trackable parcel delivery service. Delivery times depend on location and The average delivery time being 1-3 days for metropolitan areas. Delivery to regional areas in states other than NSW can be longer. 

We wish to do everything possible to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. Hunter Scrubs will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels incurred during the delivery process, delivery delays which are out of our control. 

We offer express post if requested for shipments under 5kg . Australia Post Express Post shipping times apply and are dependent on your location. Our warehouse is based In Newcastle , NSW and all orders are shipped from here. Requests can be made to leave without signature. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address. Hunter Scrubs takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping.
